Tickets are required to enter our property for both Derby at the Vineyard event days.

There are THREE levels of event admission, please take note of what each type of ticket entails below:

General Admission

General Admission tickets include ALL DAY access to the General Admission seating area.

Tables in the General Admission area are limited & available on a first come, first served basis. We strongly recommend bringing your own chairs or blankets. 

EVERY vehicle parking on Penns Woods property MUST have a parking pass in order to park. Parking passes are sold separately.

Please note:
- Tents, umbrellas, tables, lawn games & balloons are NOT permitted.
- Children 5 & Under are FREE.
- General Admission ticket holders are not permitted in the Premier Seating or VIP Experience areas.

Premier Seating

Premier Seating includes a reserved table under a shade sail for up to four guests with the best views of the horse show! Premier Seating also receives a complimentary bottle of Rosé for the table, bottled water, a souvenir glass & event program as well as ONE Parking Pass in our Premier parking lot. Premier Seating has access to a private bar with a special selection of wines.

Please note:
- Premier Seating includes entry & seating for up to FOUR adults 21+ PER table (children are not permitted). You DO NOT need to purchase admission tickets separately.
- You may purchase additional tables to accommodate a larger group & your tables will be combined to allow everyone in your party to sit together.
- Guests are provided ONE parking pass per table. You may purchase additional parking passes as needed.
- General Admission ticket holders are not permitted in the Premier Seating area. Premier seating ticket holders are not permitted in the VIP Experience area.

VIP Experience

The VIP Experience includes ALL DAY access to the VIP Pavilion with a comfortable, lounge-like atmosphere where each guest is greeted with a mimosa upon arrival. Skip the line & enjoy a private bar & tableside service with an exclusive menu of a special selection of wines. VIP Experience ticket holders will also receive TWO complimentary drink tickets, lite bites & bottled water & 1 parking pass per ticket in our VIP parking area as well as a swag bag with a souvenir glass, exclusive merch, event program & other sweet surprises!

Please note:
-The VIP area is open seating, there are no assigned tables or seats. Guests are encouraged to mix & mingle!
- The VIP area is for adults 21+. Children are not permitted.
- Your VIP ticket serves as your entry ticket & complimentary parking pass. No additional purchase is required.
- General Admission & Premier Seating ticket holders are not permitted in the VIP area.

All General Admission seating is first come, first served as such guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs & blankets. Please note umbrellas & pop up tents are not permitted.

Premier Seating ticket holders will a table reserved in our Premier Seating section under a shade sail. General Admission ticket holders are not permitted in this area.

VIP Experience ticket holders will have access to our VIP Pavilion with a comfortable, lounge-like atmosphere. The VIP area is open seating, there are no assigned tables or seats. Guests are encouraged to mix & mingle!

Our Fall 2024 show schedule is in development.  An example schedule from our Spring Derby is posted at the bottom of this event page. A finalized schedule is typically posted a week out.

We serve a rotating selection of gourmet local cheeses, charcuterie, crackers, jams, honey & snack items. View past Derby at the Vineyard Menu & check back for updates.

This event will also feature a line up of outstanding food trucks & we encourage guests to support our small business vendors where they can.

Guests are also welcome to bring their own food. Please note that grilling, chafing pans, sternos & utilizing electric outlets is not permitted. Guest are required to completely clear their table of food, trash, recycling & belongings upon departure.

We serve a rotating selection of local craft beer & cider for on site consumption. View our beer & cider list. 

We see our menu for our rotating list of non-alcoholic beverage options including bottled water, soda, sparkling water, etc.

Please note we are not licensed to sell beer & cider to-go. Per law, any alcohol not provided by Penns Woods Winery is not permitted on our property & we do not permit outside beverages of ANY kind. All coolers are subject to random check. 

Our parking lot has designated handicap parking for those that require it.

We also have restrooms that are ADA compliant.

Lawn Seating & our Pavilion are also wheelchair accessible. 

Please note that Lawn Seating is sprawling & we are happy to shuttle guests to & from their table should it be required.

Due to the outdoor nature of this event featuring horses, for horse and rider safety; this is a weather dependent event and is subject to cancellation. In the event of cancellation, the event will be moved to the rain date and all ticket holders will be notified. Tickets are NON REFUNDABLE, but will be automatically transferred to the rain date.
