Pinot Grigio Reserve

The intent of Winemaker Gino Razzi, successfully achieved, was to make a bold, powerful Pinot Grigio that has the class and refinement of Alsace, the refreshing qualities of Italy, but with the bold, massive structure of New World ripeness.

Barrel – fermented and aged for 8 months in second year conditioned French oak, this Pinot Grigio possesses a rich, clear, bright gold appearance. Its full, voluptuous texture supports spicy vanilla, and subtle honeydew notes.

This Pinot Grigio is one of a few select white wines that falls into the category “vini di meditazione”… wines to sip on their own either alone, or in good company with thoughtful conversation.

This wine also makes an excellent companion variety of foods great with veal dishes (especially with mushroom sauces) or prosciutto with melon.

Although ready to drink now, this wine has the ability to age well and improve for 3-7 years.
