Proprietor Reserve White

Deep lemony gold in color, this blend of Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay has an enticing, warm nose packed with generous aromas of melon, tropical fruit, citrus peel, sweet spice, and ripe apple. The rich, velvety texture coats the inside of the mouth, where ripe fig, Golden Delicious apple, and hazelnut flavors appear. The finish is long, yet crisp, vibrant, and refreshing, and leaves one with just a hint of toasted almond at the end.

If you are looking for a dry wine to pair with a foie gras dish, this is it. Or Spaghetti Carbonara. Or roast quail. Or mushroom caps stuffed with crab.
